The Tudor Merchant's House - this fascinating insight into life in Tudor times is owned and managed by the National Trust.

Tenby Lifeboat Station - well worth a visit to see the RFA Sir Galahad and to admire the sterling service given by its crews in saving over 200 lives in 140 years of service.

De Valence Pavilion - this 500-seater hall offers a wide variety of concerts and shows throughout the year. o Silent World Aquarium (and wildlife art gallery) contains over 100 species of fish and other creatures.

Golf. There's a choice of two very fine courses - the challenging championships links course just west of the town and the lovely parkland course at Trefloyne, both extending to 18 holes.

Other popular attractions nearby include The Dinosaur Experience at Great Wedlock, Heatherton Country Sports Park and Manor House Wildlife and Leisure Park all situated about two and a half miles out of town on the B4318. Penally, a pretty little village on top of a hill west of Tenby, enjoys superb views over Tenby golf course and South Beach. It boasts a pottery, post office shop and a choice of excellent accommodation. There is also a 6th century Celtic cross.
